Woooosh, almost 40 days have gone by since the last blog update.  Well, I have
two good reasons for that.  First, I took two weeks of vacation to start
September.  Got a ton of stuff done around the farm such as painting and
straightening fences, painting and fixing up the outhouse, painting the
parents bathroom, firewood, fishing, etc.  Too bad the rains came the second
week and slowed things down a bit.  The following two weeks were a busy time
for me at work as it was the end of the fiscal year.  Then came the removal of
the loc guild and the force reinc.  For a few days, I was below lvl 20 and
couldn't enter stuff into my blog. 8(

Speaking of the end of the locs, good-bye to 10+ years of WOO!  I'll miss ya
buddy.  No word on how the wizlings will convert it over and to what.  Sad
times, sad times man.  So, now that I'm forced into a reinc, decided to take
it slow and easy and do a bunch of low level lq's.  First, I wanted to get
that quest rank (achieved now) and second, I wanted those training points.  So
far, I've knocked off about 10 lq's with a couple more to easily achieve
before I give up and work on the reinc.

So, what reinc did I choose?  Well, I decided to finally get back over to bard
and grind that final kbh for max bard, the evil melody of the misadventurer. 
I knew it would take me a week+ to get it done.  For my second guild, I wanted
to learn about aelena, so going to grind rep in that one and see if I like it
or not.  Finally, going to go and lvl inflate to 100 and pick up lvl 2 of
wanderers and navs and dump the rest into sabres.  Basically, grind sabre rep
and aelena rep and hopefully have something good enough to do xp.  I need to
make about 8M this reinc before I do my next reinc, which may end up
coinciding with my upcoming computer purchase.

Yes, computer purchase.  Why now?  Well, before the end of October, I will pay
off my house mortgage.  Once I do that, I'll evaluate my savings and will
probably invest in a home computer and home net access.    Friend also talking
me into playing Warhammer Online.  Maybe my days on Bat are numbered?  With
loc gone, it is a distinct possibility.

So what else?  Up a few pounds on the weight department, so I'm back on a
better diet until Thanksgiving.  Already missing my cookies. :(  Work is a bit
slow after the start of the new fiscal year.  Guess the force reinc couldn't
have come at a better time for me.  Otherwise, watching the stock market tank.
 Really hurts to look at the old 401k balance now.  Just sit back and wait a
few years now.  Hate to see that investments came in on the highs instead of
the lows, but that is life, no?
