Steam starts to rise out of the fountain, and then there is a blinding
F       L       A       S       H       !       !       !
You see the shadow of a HUGE dragon spread its wings in the mist that has
filled the room.  The shadow shrinks rapidly and flies straight at Dink's
head!
There is another flash and the mist clears from the room.
