As you take a sip of the murky liquid, your interiors burn.  The burning
feeling condenses to your stomach, where it intensifies to a burning inferno. 
Your intestines melt, the pain is horrible.  As the liquid is finally wholly
ingested, you notice a slight transformation on your exterior, you're turned
into a malicious creature; your alignment shifts VERY evil.  YOU FEEL YOUNG!
