1c. PRE-APPROVAL.  Get a wizard who has (preferably) done several areas
    to look over your area.  The pre-approver should find all minor
    bugs in the area:  typos, add_items, exits, etc.  The pre-approver
    will get 1 level/5 areas pre-approved (Unless you are Dralith).
    Remember to mention name of the wizard in your area document.
