Second floor of the tower.
The second floor is Kurgan's combined torture and weapon drill chamber. There
are some torture instruments in the room. Not many, but enough to supply the
most urgent tortures. Human size dolls made of cloth and hay stands here and
there in the room. There's stairs leading down to the first floor here.
Outside, above you is a chilly, moving, clear night sky.
Obvious exit is: down.
