This part is quite used, but not so strewn with bones and rubble as the other
parts of this vast cavern.  This must be where Kizarwexius sleeps; in fact, a
dragon-size smooth area is in the center of the room.

Reaching the deepest part of Kizarwexius' lair is a hair-raising 
experience.  Bones and rubble is scattered everywhere, excluding 
the center of the room, which is evidently used for sleeping. 

Realizing the fact that even Kizarwexius needs sleep is indeed a rewarding
experience.  You gain 37717 experience.
