And a big fat hello to 2004 and hopefully a happy new year.  Finally got a day
off from work yesterday and I won't be going back till Monday.  Went shopping
yesterday to pick up a new pair of work shoes (part of my Xmas present from
the parents) and spent the rest of my Xmas loot from my bro. and sis. on some
music.  Actually had a good time shopping as it wasn't that busy out on the
town.  Hit church, then went out with friends to catch a pair of local bands
ripping it up for New Year's Eve.  Wasn't a packed house at the bar which was
surprising considering the bands involved.  Some decent scenery, but once
again I go home without a new year's kiss.  Even my friends weren't in the
mood last night.  By a quarter after midnight, they were all wanting to go
home because they were tired.  *sigh*  Anyways, vegging today, then going to
Ames on Friday to visit friends for the weekend.  Shoutout to Ewige, going to
be missing ya bud!
