You successfully restored the following quests: way of the liberator 1, way of
the liberator 2, help the newbies, ether realms 1, ether realms 2, beneficent
being, remember the fallen 1 and remember the fallen 2.

And with that, reinc is finished. Went with 90 lvls and a slight infla, but
it'll be easier to train skills than it would have been to level up. Besides,
25 Templar levels gives me some nice utility skills / spells, raises how much
parry / mastery of shielding I get and finally should enable some of the
Templar auras later on.
