Just now found out that bookcase aren't actually limited to 10 per case,
wonder where I got that idea from. After a bit of reorganizing was looking at
a case with 19 books of knowledge in it, and exping plan became obvious. Train
everything to 90, overtrain some cheapo skills to 100 and start reading books.

Exp target: +30.6 mil.
