52668: an ethereal monster, its many tentacles swaying

With an abundance of master level ghosts decided to try this, and it wasn't
too bad. It helps that I'm quite used to the spiritworld by now, went in with
max buffs I can cast and used another master ghost for the slashing. At one
point took a series of backstabs to ~200 hps, but Tarma heals made for a quick
recovery and got the kill without needing to stop for regens.
