85695: Krigar the Accursed, evil master of the ether realms

First time attempting to restore higher end Liberator quests and it turned out
succesful. That was actually a rather fun fight. Didn't know what to expect,
and it wasn't clear if I was going to win or not until maybe 2/3 through the
fight. He had a couple interesting tricks, one that I kind of expected from a
boss mob like him and another that caught me off guard at first. Favorite kind
of challenge, appropriately tough that forced quick thinking yet ultimately
ended in victory.
