Finally got my 5th greenhouse built. Due to having only a 1 tile plot I've had
to build vertically, and the next one would cost 1.3 mil so this is probably
where I'll stop. Upgrading those to tier 4 should still give me plenty of
herbs, especially if herb conservation starts working more reliably at higher
percentages.
