ground of this huge round shape cavern. Odd symbols cover the rocky walls. a
small stone altar stands before you.
A magically sealed moonstone door (shining) (open) leads hall.
Obvious exits are: n, s, e, w, nw, ne, sw, se and hall.
You don't remember being here before.
As you step into the room, your mind is greeted with a loud, chaotic
shriek, which reverberates back and forth throughout the octagram.  The
supernatural sound fades promptly, leaving an echo of despair in your head..
