an honourary membership to 'Bard' and 'Tarmalen' <BatMUD 30th>

This is the honourary membership certificate to The Bards' guild and The
Followers of Tarmalen granted to Took. Once you have reached maximum level of
any of the beforementioned guilds, you can use 'invitation' command to join
the other guilds even if you do not meet the joining requirements.
