It bears some resemblance to a winged panther although at first sight it looks
considerably bigger and oddly, a lot slower as well. Its movements are
surprisingly stiff. Its wingspan is quite formidable. It doesn't flap its
wings very much, but mysteriously enough, it seems to stay in air quite
easily. It's completely black and it has an oily skin which glistens visibly.
Its occasional stillness makes it look as if it wasn't alive at all. It
doesn't look very intimidating as it behaves frozenly and expresses no
emotion. While it doesn't look like much, it seems like something is terribly
wrong with it. The plants in its near vicinity seem to wilt, insects that
approach it seem to fall to the ground entirely motionless, and birds seem to
sense something sinister as they wince if they make the mistake of flying
close to it. In one way or another, everything seems to pine away in its
presence. The air around it is imploding, making it difficult to get enough
oxygen.
