| Reign began in year 936 when Wutr sat on the Throne of Masons. Wutr is     |
| known to be persistent and insane whose biggest weakness is that he        |
| cannot handle rejection very well and is known to be a difficult toad to   |
| negotiate with. If he doesn't get his will, he may throw tantrums and      |
| sometimes use even drastic measures. It is also worth pointing out that    |
| he is very charismatic which makes it possible for him to be a stern       |
| ruler and still maintain likeability without upsetting the other rulers    |
