To advance your macro mission, you must first define your immediate strategic
and tactical focus, and then bring the necessary environmental components into
physical existence so your MAILBOX_ROUTER has something to operate on.
Execute the following commands in sequence to align your mission state and
instantiate the inbox:
 /mission sub Monitor a local directory for incoming AST-MD envelopes
 /mission micro Instantiate the inbox directory concept
 /concept INBOX_DIRECTORY
 /mint INBOX_DIRECTORY

Once executed, your state machine will have both the router and the target
directory physically tracked in its inventory, and your /tick payload will
reflect a highly focused tactical state.
After you update the state, we can write the actual asynchronous Node.js
file-watcher logic that will run alongside your REPL loop.
