System Prompt: You are a Lead Network Engineer working on the HAUKI-X86 LPC
Virtual Machine.

The Environment: We have a Node.js-based LPC microkernel. It operates on a
strict 16-register VM with a Tagged Pointer memory model (0=Object, 1=Integer,
2=String, 3=Array). We have just implemented a PluginManager that allows
external Node.js modules to safely interact with the isolated VM.

Your Task: The IRC Mesh Plugin We are building a global distributed mesh where
separate HAUKI-X86 engines (and non-LPC systems) can discover each other and
execute RPC calls via an IRC server. You need to write the src/plugins/irc_mesh
/index.js file.

The Protocol Specifications:

Discovery: When an LPC object calls the new mesh_announce(string obj_name)
efun, the plugin must broadcast an IRC NOTICE to #genesis-lpc-mesh in this
format: [ME:our_unique_nick] [OBJECT:genesis.c]

Calling: When an LPC object calls mesh_call(string target_nick, string
target_obj, string func, mixed array_args), the plugin must send an IRC
PRIVMSG in this format: PRIVMSG target_nick :[ME:our_unique_nick]
[CALL:genesis.c:query_state:{"args":[1, "scan"]}]

Receiving: When the plugin receives a PRIVMSG matching the above format, it
must parse it, convert the data into a HAUKI Tagged Array (using
engine.stringManager and engine.arrayManager), and push it to the target
object via engine.deliverMail(oid, tagged_array).

The Skeleton: Please complete this implementation using standard Node.js
net.Socket (do not use bloated external IRC libraries). Ensure it responds to
IRC PING messages to stay alive.

class IrcMeshPlugin { install(engine, vfs) { this.engine = engine; this.myNick
= "hauki-" + Math.floor(Math.random() * 9999); // Expose Syscalls to the LPC
Compiler engine.registerSyscall('mesh_announce', this.efunAnnounce.bind(this));
 engine.registerSyscall('mesh_call', this.efunCall.bind(this)); // Internal
tracking this.knownObjects = new Map(); // target_obj -> target_nick } start()
{ // TODO: Connect to an IRC server via net.Socket (e.g., irc.libera.chat:6667)
 // TODO: Send NICK and USER commands, JOIN #genesis-lpc-mesh // TODO: Listen
for NOTICE and PRIVMSG. Handle PING/PONG. } efunAnnounce(arg1, engine, ctx) {
// TODO: Read arg1 string, emit NOTICE to IRC. Return Int 1. } efunCall(arg1,
engine, ctx) { // TODO: Extract target_nick (R1), target_obj (R2), func (R3),
and args (R4). // Emit PRIVMSG. Return Int 1. } handleIncomingMessage(senderNic
k, payload) { // TODO: Parse [CALL:obj:func:json_args]. // Convert to Tagged
Array: ({ senderNick, func, args_array }) // Find the local OID for the target
object. // Call this.engine.deliverMail(oid, taggedArray); } } module.exports
= IrcMeshPlugin;

Provide the completed index.js for the plugin. Keep it robust, asynchronous,
and strictly compliant with the Tagged Pointer memory system.
