Pahvi has informed me that he has taken up the job to solve the previously
described problem with ExpMakers. Cheerios (not the breakfast thingies, eww).
Dunno yet if the solution works like I suggested or that people with on-going
reinc are dropped out the plaque until reinc is finished. Both work for me,
tho the first one would have the benefit of showing the expgained by reincing
people (the real exp). Well, if it works anyway, I'll be happy :-)
