First step is naturally that you were offered to buy 'a room' or some similar
package from the sellers' city, however there are things to consider:
1) Guards that are guarding the passage up to your room where your shits lie.
2) Access control, drunken, plain evil or just whatthehell city
administration: removing guards or similar.
3) Ownership of the room: If you are buying it and not renting then demand
that you are the sole owner of the room thus your shit cannot
  be so easily fucked up.

So now that these sections are on the table and discussed it is time to focus
on 'security' in that manner that it makes a difference and gives you option
to have your own personal 'fortress' within the city. Instead of buying just
one room, buy 3 with crystal doors installed between each room and you
the buyer are the sole owner of those rooms.

In this THREE ROOM THING you can buy, train and setup your own guards between
the doors to increase your own security and not even the city owner can
fuck you up, in other ways except removing some connecting room outside of
