This is BatMUD, a multi-user dungeon. A character is created by your given name. At the beginning, you will choose your characteristics. Of these, background mainly dictates the abilities your character will have, and race plays the role of one who wields these abilities. Your character enters the game optionally through tutorial, and can afterwards be extensively refined. Every player level allows for further abilities. Level advancement requires experience, which is acquired through adventure. Concurrent players interact. The realm is ancient, vast and complex, with an array of documentary help files and learning experiences to shape you you along the way. The game is conceptualized in text, and driven by your imagination. Good luck.
