¡Hola de Barcelona! Today was full day in the countryside at visiting vineyards. Especially the Freixenet vinery was very interesting cause I didn't know much about making of Cava beforehand and well the seemingly never-ending network of underground tunnels 20m below ground with moss and fungi growing on walls and roof was kind of amazing... naturally full of bottles and bottles and bottles. Also the Torres and Sean Leon vineyards were fun even tho not that good organized tours. Now at least have tasted much wines straight from vineyards, drank Cava (Spanish champagne) that's been aged more than 40 months and bet will have in future much moments like "Hey this was the wine that was maturing when we were visiting there!"
