ones lower down. Huge windows reveal that you're at the top of the church
tower in the tower if Brimshire. You feel a strong godly presence here, like
you could speak to the gods. They should at least hear you if you performed a
strong ritual here.

### LQ 71 - Ritual of Sacrifice ###
You perform the ritual of sacrifice as you read in the book.

The room suddently turns bright white, more bright than the sun
itself and you feel a burst of pure divine magic rush through your
body. You are caught in a moment between times and you can faintly
see the rest of the room through the light. And then, and angel,
of pure energy, descends from the sky. He does not open his mouth
to speak but somehow you know what he says anyways. He thanks you
for performing the ritual of sacrifice, the ultimate sacrifice to
gods. He kneels down and gives you a pair of bracers which, he says,
have been crafted my the gods themselves to the next one to perform
the ritual. He stands up and you can see a single drop tear run down
his cheek before he flies up to the heavens again.
Suddently the divine magic lets go of your body and you fall totally
without any power to the ground.
