well this week was ok. had a couple sessions where it was really hard to get
stuff going, namely the first session and the last session. i think i played
pretty damned good tho this week. well, i didnt play that much, everyday that
i didnt play, i was generally helping other people, i think i spent like
10-12h this week coaching friends so i kinda consider that as helping my game
too.

also i had one day where i kept getting disconnected a lot and all my hand
histories got fucked up and it was extremely frustrating. my numbers are a bit
off (it says up 1395) in my program, but i know it missed a hand where i
stacked someone for 200. either way i know what im up so its ok i guess. 

there might be a few spots this week where i was a bit spewy, i'll review my
week as an entire session tonight probably and see if i had any weak spots
that need improving on. still got a few days till the end of the month so
heres hoping for a good finish!

ok so this week WAS going very good. but then i had a meltdown on friday night
and things didnt go so well. i did recover, but this week feels like such a
waste. i mean, poker is kinda like that at times, if you make one wrong
decision it can (and probably will) affect your decisions for the rest of the
day. 

i made a bad decision. then i proceed to get stuck, then stuck more. there was
a poitn when i was unstuck and people wanted to do stuff, but i declined, the
tables were too good. a +100 day quickly melted into a -1600 day.

it only goes to reinforce the point, that i play my best poker playing short
sessions. none of these 5h long 6 tabling massive marathons. i will resolve to
never play such sessions again, and if i book a small loss, to just roll with
it and think nothing of it as opposed to trying to get back to even.

so i have one more week to go, this month is still easily salvagable. i mean
shit, i've have two days where i drop close to 2k in each day, and i am still
up for the month. 

ewige told me to book my week of work and take the rest of the day off. and
so, i shall listen to my voice of reason and do so.

i feel im still playing like the best poker of my life. i keep out of trouble
in marginal spots against calling stations, and even went as far this week as
folding KK preflop. it was a pretty sick spot and we were 160BB deep. action
was utg raise to 3bb, button who had been pretty tight and straight forward
raised to 8bb. i woke up with KK in the BB and repopped to 22BB, which in
hindsight was a slight underraise. utg folds. button tanks a bit, and 5 bets
to 52BB, leaving himself 104BB behind. that was pretty sick, if i call stacks
go in on the flop and i really felt that he would be retarded to 5 bet JJ or
QQ or even AK in that spot. so i mucked.

online, i played a quick session this afternoon when i woke up and then left
to do other stuff. apparently it was thanksgiving today, i thought it was
tomorrow, but i was obviously wrong. so turkey and such was great, little
family time too ldo.

so my results are ok. my online game i feel is REALLY strong right now. i've
been on a disgusting tear for the last 5 weeks, even tho i havent been playing
much, maybe like 12-15h or so, but im making well over 150/h right now and im
loving it. i do need to put in a few more sessions. but with time and patience
it'll come. i mean i end up playing like quick 45-1h long sessions and doing
well, then just closing up. i'll have to learn to stretch my sessions to maybe
90 mins to 2h and then it'll be gravy if i can do that everyday. i am running
a bit above expectation, but i've also adjusted my style a lot in the past
month or so. my aggression postflop is sickly but also very disguised.

anyways, i have tomorrow off as its a long weekend, hopefully i put in some
hours. maybe i'll even do a session later tonight if i see some good tables. 


oh yeah, my bankroll has finally surpassed the 10k mark. i started on party
with like 600 dollars back in april and have made a couple transfers out of my
accounts to various other accounts online to pay for some staking stuff and my
coaching sessions. i really feel that now that i've hit this mark, the next
10k should come quickly, and from there, the sky is the limit.

CPT day 1: had my name up for the 5/10 DC pot limit game, the table was REALLY
deep though, and i didnt feel like putting a huge sum of cash up to take a
shot. then the jesus fish seat opened on a 2/5 NL DC game. so i sat in that
one.

now you have to understand, most of the time, i play omaha, its pot limit. no
limit omaha is one sick sick sick sick beast. i cant even begin to describe
how sick that game is. long story short, played like a nit, made a few moves,
bit my tongue when it came to berating some old moron, just started to attack
him a lot when he entered pots. got most of my money back. it was like a 6h
long session today live and the CPT is in town till sunday so the rest of my
weekend is booked.

finished +390 for the session. have been doing good online this week too, will
post weekly update after sunday CPT day but i expect to be playing online
during the day and at the casino at nights. pretty standard stuff. 

oh i made this guy fold AA on a 943x board when i check called the flop and
lead the turn. without hesitation he tosses it face up on the table. i had QQ.
thats how good i roll

ok september is soooo over. i guess in hindsight, it didnt really ever start
either. cause i really did do a lot of nothing and been mopey and all sorts of
other whack shit making me go emo/depressed or whatever. bleah bleah bleah.

pokerwise. my bankroll is healthy, very healthy. i've played only 5 short
sessions this month, but crushed each time. and i really feel since my
meltdown mid july, i have been playing more or less A+ game every time i do
decide to open up tables. last month (august) was a great month for me.

well i took quite a few days off lately from poker. with all the prep work
that had to be done for burgle i was spending most of my time on the mud. now
that the frog god has fallen (and props to the bestest archwiz juggelo for
hooking up the sweet party kill) i am returning back to the poker arena
feeling well, remotely refresh. i am not entirely eager to play and have only
put in short sessions so far but meh.

way thru the session everything went wonkey and it turned into september. PT
says i finished in the green, im fairly certain PT is missing some hands, if
anything, i'd say im even. but i cant be sure whether is started at X340 today

august was an ok month. i mean i didnt play much. but if today is a sign of
things to come, i have faith. i mean ok so i tilted a BIT, but for the
majority i was playing solid poker. the baets sucked, but i gave out a few
too. there were a few just mind blowing beats i took today, but thats the
nature of the time. 

oh it felt pretty ok to do a 6h straight session of 4-7 tabling. what i SHOULD
have done was left that one god awful table where i had the worst seat behind
a truly sick and twisted maniac player on my left. i think i dropped 1k on
that table alone, and managed to make everything back on every OTHER table.

have me beat and mucked. i showed him my air. i couldnt tell if he was mad at

pretty gross. this week i hounded the houseman enough that they gave me my

umm i didnt feel i played great online this week, even though i only had two

while my omaha game really sucked, i played like an extreme nit and managed to

think i've played 5k hands online at most. and i dunno, till i feel the desire
to sit down and grind i just wont force myself to play a sub optimal game.

umm just been pretty mopey in regards to life itself and havent really been
motivated to do much. sleeping a lot in the afternoons after work and yeah,

days sometime in the month. for now just taking it slow and playing when i
have energy and concentration to do so. i've gone about 11000 hands now
without tilting and am up quite a decent amount over that stretch (july 21 -->
today)

so hopefully i get some hours logged this week and the tables treat me good.
just got back from a dinner that was paid for by my friend who just celebrated
a +21k month in july. we both also have taken it upon ourselves to help coach
two friends who want to learn the game. so technically we each have a padawan
:D good times.

i find that having a coach really improves your play. god knows the money i
spent on coaching this year has already paid for itself. it'll be nice to
watch my friends progress along.

and have been a marginal winner despite having some pretty disgusting
meltdowns. umm my plan for august is to play some nl100 for a little longer
and start taking some shots at nl200. my bankroll is deep enough for some

i feel i have played very good this week. i had about a 4000 hand breakeven
stretch (so about 6-8h of playing and not winning) but that was ok, put in a
couple short sessions on the weekend. all in all, it was a good week back.
that camping trip realyl was great for relaxing i guess. hopefully the next
week i do just as well, if not better and we can have another very good month
at this

i also feel my game has improved a lot again. my postflop play in some
situations has just become sick and i've added a few different tricks to my
arsenal now (namely the min raise) 

just stopping in before i head out for the night. gonna hit the movies with

today was another sick cooler day i feel. i logged 2k+ hands while 8 tabling
today. i havent 8 tabled in a while, but its friday and thats when the action
is, so i just decided i'd table and seat selection and then just nit it up. 

a little note on playing as a nit. normally i play 20% of my hands and raise
preflop about 14% of the time (20/14) it averages out to that anyways. today i
was running (15.5/10.5) so really REALLY tight postflop.

i hardly got any action, misplayed a few hands, which is disappointing since i
didnt hit any swing pots this session at all so those 3 or 4 mistakes i did
make ended up costing me in this session. had a hand where i have KdQd on a
JdTd3h board and i get it all in vs KK. i obviously dont hit anything. umm
everything was mostly standard today, been experimenting with the minraise a
lot and am having a great deal of success with it.

but this is my 2nd losing session in a row. yesterday i dropped 25 dollars.
today i dropped 57 dollars. so over about 4000 hands of poker im down ALMOST a
buyin. i still feel im totally running a cooler right now and once i break out
of it, it'll be robusto time.

this month really fucking sucks

dived into the 15/30 game for the first time saturday night. i was in the game
for a few reasons. first off to discuss the rakeback situation with my
affiliate. this was important to me since i really hate giving away free
money. and if i can make an extra 400-600 a month for free, by all means, send
it this way.

second i have always found playing live to be very relaxing, since the play
generally is horrible. i mean, here i was playing 15/30 limit omaha. and my
omaha game is something i definitely wouldnt brag about. and yet in this
lineup i was probably still +EV.

anyways, the game was half/half, meaning 30 mins of hold'em and 30 mins of
omaha. i would be a complete wrecking ball in hold'em, like i normally am. and
i would make a lot of 2nd nut hands in omaha and call down light because im
such a station in omaha. there were a few really sick hands i put together in
the hold'em.

the session wasnt great tho, since omaha can be very taxing. i finished up a
mere 10 dollars after 6h of play and it was kinda disappointing. i dont feel i
played the best, and my friend commented that there were a lot of things wrong
with my omaha game (LDO) 

anyways i took today off and slept a lot. i dont know if i'll make my goals
this month, seeing as its been pretty crappy so far. but i'll start grinding
tomorrow online again

dragged out to play some live today. i hate playing live. i really do these
days. but it was an ok change of pace. i think i played 6 hands. let me think

i have been struggling online, booking yet another huge downswing, partially
tilt induced AGAIN. since moving up to nl100. i have had seperate -10/-8/-6
downswings and after 16000 hands of the grind, im up 2.09. pretty sick
considering the -2400 monkey tilt i've put myself thru.

i will be dropping back down to nl50, just as a back to basics type of deal
for a week, i've obviously lost my tempo and need to just grind back to my
comfort zone. i totally think i can crush the nl100 game.

so i havent updated all month
i had a pretty good week to start, i was doing good. then i had a sorta
meltdown on friday and saturday where i dropped 8 buyins in 'a very short
time' so i decided to take several days off. today was my first session back.
i'll post my results of this month to date

online profit: 548.72

hourly rate: 28.93

also, my rakeback appears to be in jeopardy, im very frustrated over it and
grumpy and you have no idea how much i want to have rakeback.

however, i'll just calm down, hopefully play solid poker for the rest of the
month and things will still be ok.

i had took a break around hand 800 to play some mud. tables looked good so i
went back for more. and you can see the SWEET ELECTRICAL JESUS CHRISTS parts
pretty damned clearly.

therefore. it was my best month ever. i have high expectations for june. i

well this week i decided to move up to NL100. it was a weird night and i had
nothing else to do. the tables looked ok so i hopped right in and started 6
tabling it. my first impressions is that its a lot more aggressive than NL50,
and there is a fuckton of 3 betting preflop. i have 4 bet a few times preflop
only to have the other person ALWAYS 5 bet shove all in.

ive had more than my share of coolers so far too. namely a 4 buyin all in
preflop with KK against AQ and losing. lots of other various crap too like
flopping a straight on a monotone board and losing to a flopped flush.
flopping a flush and losing flush over flush. random garbage like that. i've
had a few good suckouts too. lost set over set twice, won set over set twice.
pretty gross run actually. 

as always i'll take my sunday off, to relax and think about other things.

of month totals i guess. i've passed the 4k mark for the month and might just
cool down the rest of the month and get ready for a huge month in june.

another week has ended. i have decided to not play today/tonight cause im
feeling pretty lazy. i might go out and play live later, but i probably will
just end up doing nothing anyways.

the week was good. the last 2k hands i palyed wasnt that great. well i played
the first 1200 pretty good and then some things set me off and the monkey tilt
set in vs this one donkey. however, i'll state some of the good things that
did happen.

i realzied i was tilting, so i closed down from 8 tables to 3. i tried my best
to stop the bleeding. i did play overly aggressive, but i felt the person was
stacking off very light, os i had to push some marginal spots. if anything it
was a variance session that could have either ended +500 or -400. in the end i
finished that session -90 which was meh, since its my first losing session all
month.

so it is ok. i have cleared 3k for the month and only played 12/20 days. i am
datamining nl100 right now and probably will jump into that before the month
ends. however crushing nl50 is ok for now and i love watching my bankroll

are working on a date later :D

so i was pretty lazy this week. i mean, i had this stupid 0500 start time for
work this entire week and it basically turned me into a living zombie for the
most part. i'd drool a lot, sleep at random intervals and just be realyl
fucked up for most of the week. i was coming off a realyl good weekend at the
CPT and didnt feel the need to really push myself this week. i didnt even go
to play live poker on the weekend cause i was so tired and not really
motivated.

i did play some poker online. and while i have felt a few times this year, oh
yeah this NL stuff is really clicking zomg this is like printing out monies
etc etc. but really, this time i think i have finally figured it all out.

anyways i'll get some rest, hopefully i get another good week like this next
week and i'll crush my previous month best of ~+2700.

alright so my horse died rather early today in the tournament, which was a
beat. sniffle. 

played about 9h session today. mighta been a little less. had the pleasure of
sitting with some of the donkeys from yesterday nights game and also had the
pleasure of taking my money back. uhh yesterday stats i dropped 700 in the
10/20 and 350 in the 15/30.

today, i was on my A+ game. sure i tried to do a few sexy moves early on.
making sure to check raise a lot at some players. i even had this one hand
where i 3 bet KK from the blinds into 4 people. lead a K98 flop. bet/call the
8 that turned and tried to river sexy the donkey, but for some STRANGE reason,
the 3d completing a backdoor flush draw hit and the donkey checked behind his
trips. i was so choked. 

however, i would say that for the rest of the night, most people would
hesitate to bet at me on the river after this hand went down. i did not get
any opportunities for the rest of the night to river sexy either. that sucked.

JJ quietly mucked several times, but i would turn a set with it against an all
in donkey for a pretty huge pot near the end of the night. i also did a lot of
bet/3 betting and some other pretty sexy plays. im so proud of my limit game
:D

+900 for the night. the weekend has been kinda a let down, but i guess i am
still up like 1.1k or something so thats still not bad

ugh. thats all i can say after this 12h session. i would rate my playing to be
about a A-. i can count up the amount of times i spewed, and they were far and
few between. but i havent had a variance session at all this year almost
playing in edmonton. calgary was an entirely different matter as i was
obviously playing like a F- game in a high stakes game.

i have never had to quietly muck JJ so many times in a single night. i still
havent hit a set yet in hold'em. I have been playing a bit of omaha lately and
seem to have an ok grasp on the game. but i am running extremely horrible.
every 4 outer is getting there. two pair magic will appear and crack my
overpair. i'll be going into flops with JJ against QQ or QQ against KK. jsut
all sorts of disgusting crap.

i was fortunate to run into a acquantaince of mine today. he was playing in
the PLO event and he took down the whole thing. so props to him. he was kind
enough to offer me a piece of him in tomorrows main event, so i gladly took
10% of him. heres hoping he cashes in the 50k first prize tomorrow :)

and as for my session today. 12h logged. -1075.

put in about 5.5 hours today. didnt really do as well as yesterday. played
some 10/20, was mostly card dead, had to fold my big pairs to excessive action
and such. finished that session up 200 or some. then we got a 20/40 going and
i was so card dead it wasnt funny. the pots i opened, i got no respect and
yeah pretty lame. i did chip away slowly and take down a pot here and there,
but it was a pretty tight table to say the least.

either way, i finished up 285 for the session, which is still ok in my books.
3 more days to go!

first day of the CPT done. the action was pretty crazy and its only day 1 so
far!

i was stuck playing 15/30 half/half (30 mins holdem, 30 mins omahahahaha) and
while limit omaha is definitely not my strongest game. i figured i still had
an edge over the rest of the table as long as i didnt embrace variance and
play in a lot of multiway CAPPED pots and tried to only play in position.

didnt drag a single huge pot in hold'em, but did go on a killing spree in
omaha. even did a kinda bad angle shoot at one guy, which was kinda out of
line, but really. omaha not my game since i have AKJT double suited in my kill
hand, and the board is AhKh3x8h6x. i mean seriously is two pair huge here? 

anyways i start off this month on a good foot. about 4.5 hours and +1128.

hopefully the rest of the weekend is just as profitable.

disheartening session today. i played bad in 2 hands and got it in clearly
behind.

got it in a huge favourite twice too, and lost. fought back and forth, ended
up down 4 buyins. pretty gross. still some time before the end of the month.
3k looks breakable, 4k looks pretty far away right now....

there was no live poker this week. i also lost all my tracking data for the
week too. but i did make money. if i had to guess it was about 20 hours and i
made something like 300.

there was a lot of upswing and downswing. yeah. pretty crappy. yesterday i had
a real gross session, going up 5 buyins, then losing 5 buyins. then finishing
up 5.5 buyins. i ended up being 6 buyins deep on one table and it was pretty
gross playing on such a deepstack table.

anyways, i am fairly certain this is my best month to date. and still with a
week to go. my online roll is up to 1866 right now and when i get up to 2500
i'll move up to nl100.

i suck at playing AK.

its almost a week, and i plan on taking tomorrow off to just relax, maybe be
social. god forbid maybe even be productive.

i moved up to NL50 online, been doing ok. havent really put in the hours this
week. umm maybe 3 cooler hands. and a few hands i just really realyl
overplayed for no reason (working on it) but yeah my game has progressed a ton
and i had a really awesome session today while embracing the LAG style i've
been learning.

so i have big plans for this coming week, hopefully i'll get 24h~ or so of
online play in and see how it goes. 

4.5h session today. was +270 from 10/20 and +40 from 1/2. only played 90 mins
of 10/20 and the game went busto which sucked.

got it all in preflop with AA in a 300 dollar pot and lost. it sucked.

i'll post my weekly stats i guess. just got back from a session too. finished
+676 after 2h of play. it was deep stacked NL and i stacked a guy right away
and won two other pots. pretty easy.

so im on pace for my best month yet. gonna get some rest now, study the game
more (zomg so much studying lately, its unreal) and get a fresh start when i
wake up again!

weekly game at the 10/20. i didnt play a hand for nearly 2.5h to start off the
session, i was that card dead. but when i started to pick up a few hands i was
near unstoppable. the night was a steady grind for the most part, and i was
just value betting the donaters to death and getting out of the way when i
didnt have the best of it. definitely another one of my A+ sessions. i believe
i won EVERY single showdown i got to. i hit a few nice draws, no big pairs
today or sets, but a few straights and a flush or two maybe.

anyways, i guess the important thing is the number :D +498 for a 6h session.
the game looked realyl good when i left, but im awfully tired from the show
yesterday night and really need to rest some. its still a long weekend and im
sure there will be a lot of poker to follow.

so i had time to kill before the concert tonight. and i wandered down to the
casino with intentions of playing anything and everything. so i sat at a 3/6
game. i proceeded to raise almost every pot, and bet/raise whenever action was
on me. it was pretty gross. the players were awful, and i was hitting. and
value betting middle pair as if it was the nuts. for example. i have the
straddle on UTG. 3 people call. both blinds call. i look and see 97s and think
well, in NL, this is a value hand! so i raise. and everyone calls. 

the flop comes 765r. i think, and i wonder. the blinds check to me, so i
figure i'll check too. a player bets, another player calls. one player raises
all in. another player calls. action to me. i decide to start buidling a
second pot, so i 3 bet :D. everyone calls.

the turn is a 4. this is a shitty card in my opinion. so i check, and everyon
else checks.
the river comes a 2. it was obvious to me that my hand was possibly the best
in this field of 4 with one all in. so i decide to lead out with my top pair
no kicker. two people call me. i table my hand. the whole pot is shipped my
way.

anyways, so i end up making a deal with the dealer, for every pot she ships me
before i leave, i'll tip her half of the pot. which is gross cause she sends
me 3 pots before i go and i end up tipping out like 70 dollars and the table
is on the verge of tears watching all their hard earned money vanish. i lol'd.

after all this donkeying around. i still managed to make 59 dollars, and that
money paid for my entire night at the show! pretty sweet. i run sick good at
the low limits haha.

had a coaching session today, did pretty good. turned a profit which was great
as always, making it like many winning sessions in a row (lets not keep count
lolz)

wandered out to casino with friends (they dragged me) made uhh 59 dollars!.
which is ok too.

planning for the weekend, if i dont roadtrip to calgary to play in the bigger
games, i'll probably crack my nuts and go hard online and get some hours in.
however, tomorrow, i have a concert to see, i cant wait! blake jarrel, armin
van buuren, and finished with rank 1! it'll totally be AWESOME. trip report to

ok so for this month of april, im going to mostly concentrate on my NL game
online. i took quite a bit of time off and have since taken a lot of time to
watch videos, read and study the game a bit more.

i have been back on partypoker for 2 weeks now, only logged about 3500 hands
since. and im up 13 buyins at the NL25 level. i intend to make 30 buyins at
this level before moving up to NL50. my goal for this month is to of course
get to NL50 and maybe even NL100. i might even skip out on the 10/20 game on
the weekend just to see how crazy party is on weekend nights.

220 in the NL game with AA losing to A5 (bad beat story i know) i got talked

tho its obvious my strongest game is still limit, my NL game is progressing
pretty good also.

my net has been shit today. i did a short session with my coach, we were both
having net problems and that ended it. im doing ok though. so far i think i've
only played like 2h or so, playing two tables at once, and up 46 dollars.

which aint bad. i havent even shoved my stack into play yet and. which is

so yeah im back on partypoker (yay!) with rakeback (yay!) had a session with
my coach today. booked a win (+30 dolla!) and that was that

im still working on the whole finding desire to play, a few ppl have come to
me with thoughts and im just so damned lazy. we'll see tho. i have another

so i get talked into playing some deep stacked NL today. i buyin for 200,
which is 40% of max buyin and i flop nut straight with 45 on A23 board, i get
my money all in on the turn with the board being A239, river is a 9, ship the
monies to A9. 

and im pissed, so i rebuy for the max amount and sit and do fuck all for many
many hours, and drink myself semi stupid (the waitress is a friend of mine and
im sure she was feeding me doubles) and i end up grinding my money back,
hwoever i did spend like 40 bucks on food and booze while i was there

but i guess another winning session is the bottom line. +243.

+133 from the casino. played some NL. nothing eventful.

ok details. i actually played pretty bad! after reflecting upon it today,
cause all i do is daydream at work anyways.

i should have folded my 36o in the SB with 4 limpers preflop. then i wouldnt
have flopped a double gutter to the nutz and put in a lot of action on the
flop and a bet on the turn only to muck the river.

i should have folded AQ on the KQx6 board when the player donk bet me on the
turn.

i should have actualyl said RAISE with 44 in late position instead of just
throwing money in the pot (the dealer ruled it a call) 
i should have folded the same 44 3 times post flop. once when the flop came
J32. and again on the turn, and again on the river.

i should have FOLDED my AJo on the button even when i had a pretty donkey
player raise infront of me. he did raise a limper and his limping standards
were the fucked up shit, not his raising standards. i saw him motion to 3 bet
on the flop too and still called a river bet for no reason.

so yeah, i played pretty poorly in hindsight.

there was also this Q9s hand i had, but i opened it from the hijack, to my
dismay both players behind me cold called and so did the blinds. i would flop
open ended and miss.

yeah thats about it. so i really lit like a lot of money on fire!

spent the weekend in calgary where they spread bigger games. spent te first
night playing 1/2NL which was really boring. spent the next day playing 15/30
with over buttons/kill (so the game had potential of being 60/120) and spent
the last day playing 15/30 with kill and 30/60 with kill

i am down about 1850. yeah. -1850. making this month -2350. making this year
pretty miserable! 

however i dont think i played bad...

i have wasted too much time playing tower defence.

i played like poo, was really really really cold decked. i did a 12h session
and really was asleep for the last 3h or so shoulda gone home sigh. ending up
with possibly my worst live session ever and the first time in probably a year
where i BUSTOED my entire buy-in.

sigh i'll write more when i wake up. -500 for the day. horrible just horrible.

so i was suspended from work today and decided i'd go out and play some poker.
i mean, i was making no money today so i had to supplement my income! my
regular casino had a tourney, so i had to goto a different casino today. its
kinda weird, since i've only played at two casinos, im used to the same faces
and such, weird being in a room where i didnt know anyone. 

anyways i sit down at a 1/2 NL game, cause everyone says thats where the
monies is these days and im losing money by not playing. not much happens, i
can remember almost every single hand i played that wasnt a blind. i butchered
my only AA hand possibly, but the board was KQJxx and i didnt really want to
choke myself down to two pair. uhh hand of the day tho!

hero is getting ready to leave since its late. he has JThh UTG+1. at this
point i have like 335 so i figure i'll just fire 5 and hope to see a cheap
flop. 5 callers and we goto a flop of Ts5s4h. I lead for 22 into a 30 dollar
pot. one player calls me. I think hes an ok player, might be a winner, might
be a loser, hes not great, but talks a good game. appears to be a regular.
anyways, the turn is the Jd. i fire 45 into a 70 dollar pot. he hesitates and
calls. i didnt know what to think i think he could be drawing and/or is trying
to pick up my AQ bluff or something. river comes the Td. i check. he fires 50.
i put him all in and he instantly mucks.

+271 for the session.

i made the effort to try to play a few hands in order to see if i could maybe
scrape together 2000 hands to clear another 250 dollar bonus. but it wont be
the case. after 210 hands i got bored. maybe tomorrow i have some motivation.
but 1800 hands to go...ugh. so much work. 

i made 22 dollars atleast. yay.

+139 today at my weekly session. i dont feel i played that well in a few
situations. namely a couple of 70 dollar spews. uhh some weak tight stuffs
too. didnt help getting cold decked for about 2h also where i dropped 360
dollars straight down. but manage to claw my way back slowly and surely.

hrrr yeah it was a pretty meh session, kinda glad to have just booked a win.
gonna have to put in some hours this weekend online. we'll see how it goes.

so my online bankroll was like 266 dollars. i had to pay my coaching fees and
such so it basically rendered my bankroll to useless. since its not enough to
play my current limit and i dont want to grind as much right now. just having
hard time to get motivated to even play.

anyways. i have to get 2k more player points to cash out 750 dollars in gift
cards (right now i can cash out like 500 dollars) but if i dont play to get
those 2k points, im like lightning 250 dollars on fire. so, i decided ok, lets
watch some 3/6 minbet tables and see whats up. 6 max is the lewt anyways. so.
i watch a few tables. oh this table looks good.

well played a longer session today live. the 10/20 was not overly juicy today
and i was running bad. One of the feelings i love the most about limit is the
nod i do when someone turns over some garbage QTo and i quietly muck my pocket
jacks. mucked them 3 times today. quietly. just ran kinda bleha, near the end
of the session i started playing a bit weak tight which is pretty bad. the
lineup wasnt great, all 3 weekly donators busted out early.

so i decide after the game breaks to just sit in on some NL 200 dollar max
buyin and see how it goes. i have a huge hand in my BB with 25o and suckout
some donkey who had T5 on a T52/2/K board. some other donkey decided to donate
his 277 dollar stack to me in this hand too, which was awesome. it was about
the largest pot i ever won, roughly 775. i tipped 18 bucks to the dealer. me
and him always joke about how he deals me crap, so i didnt want to cheap out
or nothing.

anyways i ended the session +390. so thats good. gonna get some rest now and
contemplate the rest of the weekend.

yeah i run so bad my coach was choking back on tears during todays session.

by hitting a set. but then i'd lose set over set which cost me a stack and

i had one hand that was kinda wtf and that was about it.

well live session was meh this week. my awesome skills of flopping a set and
losing to runner runner miracle continues. i felt for the most part i played
near perfect, there were two situations where i could have either saved 1 bet
or taken the pot away but oh well i guess. got lucky twice, got sucked out on
hard twice and for the most part just value bet the crap out of people.

+390 for the session.

ok i stacked off needlessly to a calling station, it was a squeeze play gone
horribly wrong. and that really sucked. stacked off in antoher hand but i went
with a read and felt i was either ahead, or had many outs to improve. the
board was KQ6A, with 3 hearts, i had KT with the T of hearts and was facing
all in on the turn. turns out i was against K6 so i had a fuckton of outs, any
heart, 3 jacks, 3 tens for the win and 3 aces 3 queens for a chop. so i dont
feel bad about it.

however this is my first losing session in the last several, we took a hit of
25 dollars (half a buyin) and well we just got kinda unlucky in a lot of
places.

my goal for this weekend is to log atleast 9000 hands of poker. since i have a
lot of catching up to do in regards to my VIP status. also cut this session
short becuase my links went kinda screwy and started to disconnect me in the
middle of hands.

alright another shortish session (seems to be my trend these days) it was a
very MEH session since i turned 2nd nut flush and buddy rivered a full house.
most of the money went in on the river and i didnt even realize the board
paired. that was pooey. then there was a massive 5 way pot where i was the
aggressor and flopped top pair. some donkey flopped a set and partially
stacked me. that was the crap. oh yeah and AK continues to suck :) so wow, i
got stacked 3 times in 725 hands or so and still managed to make a buy-in,
there was one uber fish at my table and i kept smacking him around. was great.

use table image to make moves preflop. it was interesting. almost had a huge
session during the coaching session too. we had JcJh and raised a utg limper
to see a 235hhh flop. we got the monies all in and the turn and river bricked
off and we ended up losing to T7hh (weird utg limp...luckbox to hit that flop)

so today we played a short session after that and made 96 dollars. 

(we lost 6 dollars during the coaching session, had the JJ gone our way, it

yesterday and tossing in a few checkraises too. i was unlucky and ran into a
set twice with two pair, that fucking sucks, but im still in the green! gonna
break shortly, relax irl, and hit the tables again later tonight. i have a lot

i'll post a poker hand too. Kill is on this hand (meaning the stakes are 20/40
and there is a dead 20 dollar blind in the pot)

player with the kill is utg+1. he opens to 40 dollars. bad player in MP cold
calls (hes really really bad) and its folded to me in the BB with AJo.
normally this is a fold for me, but i didnt think utg+1 (who is a average
player at best, i think he is a losing player overall) isnt that strong
so i call 30 dollars. the pot is 120 dollars and we see a flop of T32 rainbow.

i check, utg+1 bets, bad player does what bad players do and calls, i call
with intentions of making a move on the turn.

the turn is a 7. i bet. utg+1 thinks for a long time, and i know how he thinks
of me and my play, and my line right now reeks of a set and i know it does,
also i have intentions of 3 betting if he should raise me. because he is
taking so long to decide what to do, i know he either has AK (whiffed
overcards) or a small pocket pair, like 44-66. i stare blankly into
nothingness like i always do, and he finally folds. MP does what bad players
do and calls.

river is some brick. I fire the last barrel and MP folds. the table is in a
near uproar right now, one of the players ntoed that my hand was shaking so
much (which isnt realyl a tell cause i also asked him do you notice my hands
ALWAYS shake? and hes like yeah) and he goes shit you MUST have a set (he said
77) utg+1 says yeah i think you played it like a set. i flip over my cards.

so i am still in the midst of my downswing and feeling like just utter crap
over it. but it was friday and i headed down to the casino for the regular
10/20 game. it started off like a shitty session, i made a few plays and won,
then i'd hit two sets and lose both pots. i'd slowly start crushing the game
though and pick up a few big hands. a few donaters sat down and i had again,
awesome seat selection so position on them like every hand.

i would lose a few pots to crappy suckouts, but every other time i was going
to showdown, it was SHIP IT HOLLA BALLA.

so i played 5h and finished +1082. which is umm my best day of poker ever.

today i also had my first session with my new poker coach. he is recommend
from 2+2 and is only charging me a reasonable 60 dollars an hour. i hoep
things go good and he helps me with my NL game (cause obviously my minbet game

alirght put in my second session of the day. i had one major suckout in a
blind steal situation where i had AA, the flop was semi dry 972 and we ended

ins where i get sucked out on etc etc. couple HUGE pots too where i hit a set
and it turns out to be no good. just misery for the most part.

and yet i did book a winning session. though i was making so little i might as
well could have masturbated in the shower all day long.

most part. KK lost me a FUCKTON of money today and the beats were just sick.

just horrid

near the end of the session i was playing better. and that was ok. i managed
to repair SOME of the damage i did, but ugh just a nightmare today. there was

dollar session for me, but it involved AA getting splattered in a 17BB pot and

my A+ game was at the table tonight. i was making bang on reads and playing
extremely well. minus the AA hand where i knew he turned a set but 16:1 i have
to make a crying call.

i dont think i'll play anymore tonight. i did ok in my first session back to
NL50. two bad spots where i got my money to the felt in a rather iffy
situation. though i feel one wasnt that bad. umm i guess i'll write about one

river brick off and i partially stack off to KK.

i still feel having 15 outs twice is great equity and the money is probably

since the dollar amoutns arent correct (god i fucking hate you QTs you fucking
sucked nuts today) however it says i played 2188 hands at NL50 (probably
clsoer to 2200+) and that i am up 132 dollars (which i am not, i am up about
85 dollars)

but i cleared the bonus (1 of 2) and my online roll after 2d is 930.

so out of boredom, we began the online poker journey today. starting off at
NL25 (the micro stakes!) with a 600 dollar roll.

so after day 1. 1762 hands later. i am +143. the FPPs accumulate slowly at
this level, and my goal is to move up immediately once my roll online hits 1k.

-369 today. it was a bad session in terms of loss, but i actualyl palyed
really well. there were bout 4 hands or so where it looked very marginal but
given my reads on the player, i lost the least amount of money. each time they
had what i put them on and sadly i had to muck 2nd best. then the killer came
during a 20/40 which cost me 180 dollars where i hit top pair against the
table maniacs overpair and ended up losing my shirt. still i feel i palyed
really well and i guess this is part of the variance. online poker approaches

was a long night, -166 which kinda sucked, i never really hit much and ran
extremely cold for the most part of the night while at 10/20. by the time the
game broke i was -155 or so and decided to go play 3/6 and shoot a bit to see
if i could recover. so i swung madly at 3/6 and ended up losing 11 dollars. it
really sucked. QQ cost me abot 900 dollars yesterday. makes me kinda want to
puke.

they are spreading 20/40 at another casino now, i might go check it out next
week. also they might spread 10/20 at a different casino on saturday nights,
meaning my weekends could be poker filled from her on out unless some things
change in my social life which i dont really care much for these days

lot of stupid plays. i feel this could/should have been an easy +400-500
session but my mistakes were just really bad. 40 dollars here, 60 dollars

well some 3/6 today while waiting for my 10/20 seat. +82 dollars from 3/6.
this is my first shot at 10/20 and i ran decent at first. some huge pots which
took some getting used to but i bought in 25BB (500) and had it up to at peak
900 and change. then the table got short handed and me feeling that i have a
huge equity edge in the game played more and 900 turned and finished at 341
for -159 for my first session there.

sigh i run soooo bad 

i have this little small fly in my room. not a huge one, but one of those
flies you'd see on a piece of rotten fruit or something (my room is pretty
much spotless minus my garbage can of snicker bars wrappers) and i havent been
able to kill the fucker for the longest time. i remember when i used to live

i was -70 dollars in the 4/8 game which was depressing. but thats ok when you
run +500 dollars in the 8/16 game 

awesome trip! lots of memories, some disappointments, a lot of booze and too
much red bull.

i hate women and their immediate guilt trips they throw at you the moment
things just dont go their way. 

as i was comtemplating my situation in life. i decided on one thing, noticing
a trend in the past. a girl i really liked once convinced me to start smoking
pot and hang out more. when we stopped liking each other i managed to stop
smoking for a while. then came some other girl, whom i clicked very well with,
and yeah the pot came again. and this time it lasted...a long time the pot
did. 

and now it repeats itself again. but this time, 3rd time will not be a charm.
i realize this vicious cycle now while being miserable at work today. and know
that i just cant succumb again.

went to the casino today, for various reasons. cashed out +145, but then
played some rock paper scissors for cash. lost. cashed out 140

to drink 1 litre of red bull every day

tiamat died today. umm feeling like crap all week though

had time to kill today after brunch at the casino with a friend (who happened
to give me her food when she oculdnt finish and i would later find out shes
sick as a dog right now and i hate her if i get sick) and watched the poker
games there. games were too good to not sit down

+84 dollars in under an hour. i ran bad at first ay my skills of flopping sets
and losing continued (in omaha mind you) but would get back on track and
maintain composure even though i rattled the table to start

some +faith in cards again, i might just play live for a bit and see how it
goes if i have time. we'll see i guess

well i want to give up on online poker again. still up a bit from the past two
months, but i dont think i can mentally deal with this downswing anymore.
havent played much lately, just reading again. uhh what else. life mostly
still sucks and is uneventful. chatting with some girl i met at the gym
online. email exchanges with some girl i met at a paryt last weekend whom i
went to high school with, and then today this receptionist who had 2 cookies
left gave me one of them and i might have blushed who knows. 

well, maybe there is but hope yet. 

oh yeah and then there is my not so much friend, cause i really think buddy is
on team 'short bus' just fucktard who always finds a way to irritate me. maybe
its just in his personality and his sub basic level of thinking that always
wants me to tell him to eat shit and die. but whatever, some people arent even
worth stressing over. and this person is one of those people.

this is my poker life. at this point in time, i dont even call it running bad.
cause im obviously not even running. im falling on my face repeatly at almost

know my tracker numbers are outta whack lately just cause of the hours im

ok today was a nightmarish day. after about 1400 hands, i was down roughly 375
dollars. and it was just awful. KK was losing me huge insane amounts of money
and so was QQ. KQs and KJs always suck for me, so it was no surprise there
either. 

i would take a break, and then increase my table count from 6 to 8 and just
focus on grinding and not giving away too many bets. also picking some spots
to bluff when the pot was small and uncontested. it was a struggle, but we
managed to repair some (not all) of the bleeding. most of the hits we took
were from 2/4 and some of the beats we took today were just silly also.

anyways 2776 hands and -180 dollars. i think i am going to drop back down to
1/2 and just grind it out. i only have about 9k hands of experience there and
i think i jumped into the 2/4 6 max too quickly.

short session today again. the variance is huge in 6 max and i figure i'll
just try to hit close to 3 digits everyday and not push my luck. though i did
end up closing this very good table today cause i had to quit for dinner. 

anyways 438 hands (so few i know!) and +95 dollars

put in a quick 50 hands of 'run decent' for +50 dollars.

668 hands so far today. split between 2/4 6 max and 1/2 6 max. my friend kept
calling me a pussy and that i should move up. so i did. ran kinda badly at
first, thats the good 6 max variance though :S most of the profit so far was
from 1/2 but 2/4 did ok also. +98 dollars anyways in about 90 mins of gametime

410 hands in a quick session. there was some tilting. there were even sick bad
beats. im only down like 8 dollars so im going to just not complain and take
the rest of the night off to do real life things

ok since my tracker program is gay and time zomes are messed up (tracks half
my days on the following day etc) today was gong show rollercoaster.

4100 hands played (my most ever i think) and it went from like up 200, to
breakeven, to up 200. to only up 80 or so. which is ok i guess isnce i was
more concerned about getting my VIP status upgraded (which i managed to do
hooray)

but holy cow....what a fucking unreal ride, the suck outs were unreal at 6
max. but when you run good. wow. my bank roll on PS capped around 1450 today.
and ends today sitting at 1294. which is ok i guess. started today around
1200~ 

hard to decide whether to stop at 1400. or do the whole VIP thing...i guess
the VIP thing might pay off pretty good for the next month+ so we'll see....

2376 hands today. i ran _really_ bad for the most part of today. like missing
6 draws in a row with JTs. I know i missed atleast 3 open ended straight flush
draws and numerous other things went horribly wrong today. AA KK QQ JJ after
48 hands made me 20 dollars between the 4 of them. it was just awful for a lot
of the day

however i battled hard. was -10 BB after 1000 hands. then -75BB after 1500
hands (omg it was horrible) and now after its all said and done, im +18BB for
+36.50

which is ok, climbing back up still and getting the hang of 6 tabling this.
will probably wait a bti before adding the last 2 tables to make the 8 table
grind work. i also lost about 15 dollars to misclicks today, that was HIGHLY
irritating

+92.25 today. played just 525 hands. but figured well, i ran good, made a good
amount and can just wait till tomorrow. this was all 6 max.

ugh another mind numbing day. 2149 hands today. -65.50

i think im going to stick at the 6 max games for a while. i ran -160 or so in
1000 hands at full ring earlier today with just beat upon beat. and managed to
salvage it to -25 at best while twiddling at 6 max.

the games are definitely softer and the maniacs/calling stations more
plentiful....well after taking 4d to get to silverstar VIP. i figure 3 more
days of playing should get me goldstar. then i should contemplate if i want to
make a run at platinum star in the same month...should be doable

sigh....another crappy day. i seriously dont know whats wrong, i swear i am
running so bad....

opened a new record 12(!!) tables and started to grind away. at peak i think i

well finally formatted my computer. im certain i lost a lot of files, but dont
really care i guess. i also destroyed my poker database of 200k hands. that

dicked around today, logged onto pokerstars at a late hour so the tables kinda
crappy. still. 275 hands and 42.50 dollars later, thats ok for an hour of
twiddling around

i also lost set over set today. its been a while. it sucks. action was folded
to me in the HJ, i open with 66. CO 3 bets me. My read on the Co was that he
was a donk postflop and kinda meh preflop. so i'd approach the hand from the
point of a resteal situation.
anyways flop comes KT2r. this aint the best flop for me, but he can miss a few
3 betting hands namely AQ AJ and i might be able to induce a fold from QQ JJ.
anyways i check, he bets, i call. turn is a brick. i check, he bets, i call.
river is the lovely 6 and i donkbet him. he raises. i goto 3 town and he caps
and now i puuh as i knwo theres only one hand capping that river.

cleared 222 hands today for 16 dollars. finished off the bonus. easy.

i think im pretty close to this little challenge me and a friend have going.
since he wants to see who is the better player and that our goal for this
month should be to make 1k off poker.

well just finished about 1740 hands for today. ran pretty freaking good too.
not only is the bonus nearly done, but i managed to do my first 200BB

ran about 13BB/100 for most of the night. finished at 11.49BB/100 and thats
with some pretty savage beats i took near the end. i think the last 600 hands
or so was 2-3BB/100 average i wasnt paying enough attention to see the tables
getting realyl tight

but this is good! i SERIOUSLY think i've turned over a new leaf. my aggression
factor is down, my blind defense is extremely better. and im value betting
like a mofo.

2093 hands today. my friend called me a slacker so i decided to show him who
was boss. +102 dollars. and the bonus is now clear. next bonus should clear
even faster than this one and is for 200 bucks so getting ready for that one

also. losing my AA QQ to crappy players. i had the best seat on the table and
we had to leave the casino early. i was not pleased.

best seat at the table, good table image, 6 donkeys to my right 3 tight

ok went back and decided to grind more. another 806 hands and we ran a little
better for +42 dollars. also another chunk of the bonus cleared and another
25% into the next chunk cleared also.

concept of bet/folding would include folding at the end.

still playing pretty good, 6-7 tabling right now still, and not using
programs, just reads and its been alright so far.

which is ok, i dont think i ran THAT great, but was playing rather well. table
selection on the site sucks etc etc. cleared one chunk of the bonus so +50

well 1300+ hands today while on empire clearing the reload bonus. +30 dollars
in the process. i felt i was running bad for the most part, i didnt get
shipped any HUGE pots and would lose a 30BB pot where i flop a set to some
donks garbage.
but the bonus is 60% cleared, easily finished tomorrow in say 90 mins or so
then its off to another one.

well didnt keep track of todays hands, finished clearing the bonus on paradise
poker. finished at 585.25 (started with 400 and 100 dollar bonus) so 85BBs in
under 2000 hands is ok

pokerstars along the way when i am feeling bored and stuff

first losing session at live poker in a while. so depressed and its all my
fault. first i get cocky and flash my cards when the hand isnt finished,
causing me to forfeit a pot i should have won, this would lead me to monkey
tilt the next 4 hands in a row, losing quite a bit of money. so if none of
that happened i'm probably sitting pretty.

and the girl too, was actually pretty cute and down to earth. she had really

and even lives close to me. rumour has it shes untouched too, and that
definitely perks my interest. im such a dog

a bitch. just bonus clearing and cleared more of the bonus which is the bottom
line anyways. waiting to run good again....

360 hands of poker. i think im break even. i was up like 47 dollars earlier,
then decided to brag about it, and then everything went to shit. lesson

so. made a play for a huge pot cause i was certain of my reads and well some

lots of reload action this weekend. one at pokerstars (finally!) and a triple
reload on party poker (which i will have to get started on when i wake up)

played on stars today. took a few gay beats, which sucked, but hit a few sets
and got paid off maybe once or twice. +50 dollars after 550 hands. also
cleared 25% of the bonus.

fast session today, was just two tabling and taking a lot of notes on players
(its a part of my game i feel is truly weak) did a lot of isolating and SH
play postflop when i did get into hands. only 115 hands and +15 dollars
(7BB/100) 

actually been slacking off the poker lately. im +12 dollars from 6 max
0.50/1.00 after 200 hands right now. just kinda fiddling wit hthat game.
problems with rakeback on the site im on and well without rakeback i dont feel
the need to be pumping out 7000+ hands weekly anymore.

a little break was needed anyways. well over 85000 hands of poker played
within 4 months (and thats with a 2-3 week break in there too)

sigh this was another long day. 1731 hands. and i lost 10 dollars. so this
whole weekend was basically a write off after 4200+ hands.

i lost, again, to set over set, like 3x today (2 i know for sure and i think
there was a third in there)  and that truly makes me sick to my stomach

not completely miserable i must say, but well with that long a session today i
woulda thought i'd do a little better. i felt i played good, for the most
part, still a few leaks in my game definitely. not as muhc leaks, but over
aggression at times.

been stressful (and will continue to be stressful)

hit the tables early today. had another good session. numbers were good and my
attempt to steal was a little above average (and im glad) 1044 hands logged
today. +90.50 for 4.33bb/100. biggest losers today AKs, 88, 44, KQo

i had AA 10 times today over that 1044 hands too. and it held up 9x. i was
very happy. i had one AKs hand where i folded the river, and i feel i played
the hand wrong by checking the turn. anyways. 6 days in a row and my roll is
growing fast again. good times.

6 tabling today for the most part. 1195 hands cleared. +22.50. was a pretty
crappy session, i wasnt running very good. missed a lot of good draws in
multiway pots and just sighed. the donks were crazy and this one donk kept
hitting. kinda sucked.

had much problems getting to showdown. 27.7% today. my norm is about 33-35% so
thats prolyl why i was doing so bad. but was still up. top losing hands today
77 (hit a set and got sucked out on) AKo (-14 today, sniff) QTs i had 11 times
today, and missed draws with 4 times. sucks. i hate that hand.

everything else is ok. gonna make it my goal for 30k hands this month. so i
got my work cut out for me. i want to have a BR of 1500 soonish so i can move
back up to 2/4. tho staying and 10 tabling 1/2 is an option also. we'll see
how the PP rakeback works out.

632 hands today. 57.25 in the pocket. which is good. im going to try
(seriously) this week to just put together all winning sessions of even small
amounts. my numbers were good today. and i dont think there were any misplays
(perhaps minor) on my part. missed a few value bets for sure tho.

top losing hands for today A9s, QJo, AQo, AQs, KJs (im really confused with
KJs lately, its just not winning on 1/2)

some 850 hands today. cant really estimate how much i made. since i played
late into the morning yesterday. im guessing some 35 dollars though. losing
hands are 77 JJ AJs and QQ (soon one of these days AA KK QQ JJ and the rest
will be positive! im sure of it!)

1617 hands today. went down from 10 tables to 6 for most of today. party was
bugging a lot today too which really pissed me off. crashed one me like 5x
when i tried to use the tile mode which makes it easier for me to watch 6+
games at once and make notes.

+167 today tho. so we are back almost to where we were before that god awful
tiltfest earlier this week. we have to start putting a weeks worth of good
poker together and things should be better....

losing hands for today. 99 (-31) JJ (-29) AQo (-18) AA (-16) 

totally seems for the last week or so, AA cant win at all for me. and i know
im not going to stop playing it and all. but sure would be nice to have it
going 24/24 again (i had a stretch of that when i started playing and it
ROCKED) 

didnt do much today. played in a sit and go tournament. was 2nd. made 9
dollars. was boring. went to HU and had 4000 to 16000 chip count, was gay
playing short stacked. but im glad that the other guy knocked out the two
fish.

250 or so hands. +46 dollars. was just playing to get a few points to qualify
for weekly bonus

ok after yet mroe disaster at PP, we managed to calm ourselves down and grind
out the rest of the bonus on eurobet. we finished at 593 dollars while
cleairng that horrible 600 dollar bonus.

so after our initial investment of 300 USD to the pokerroom skins, we cashed
out 1193 6 weeks later. with 200 dollars of rakeback ontop of that. so it was
'ok'

as for PP, we are -240 for the day. tomorrow we'll work on getting that number
up. cause from this point onwards, PP is home and we better start to run good
there and tilt less.

1300+ hands, down a fucking whopping 170 dollars. went to the PLO tables. down
another 25 dollars.

misery

another frantic day of playing, i think i spent some 2h maybe playing today.
clearing over 1300 hands in that time, doing mostly 8-10 tables at once (tried
the full 10 today on PP was ok, need to adjust to it tho)

we are +70 today! which is great cause for most of the day we were hovering
around -60 or so. then we capped at around +100. 

as per usual now, our biggest losers today were! AKs T9s KJs TT and QJs!

for the 4th day in a row, AKo has been teh money maker for me (and IM HAPPY!)

ok this was a GRIND day. we finished with 1800+ hands at 1/2. for a total loss
of 23 dollars. 

yep, and here is why we are in the barely negative zone! sets, hitting them,
and losing! KK, 3x today! -37 dollars! i hit set with them twice, and still
lose! AA is -29 dollars. AQs and AJs combined for -39.50!

those are my only complaints, everything else was ok. my showdown % was little
low (49.53% today) i think it was from having too many SETS and losing. but
there were a lot of passive check/check showdowns too.

just did a 2h session 8 tabling. am +40 dollars right now. i am ok with how
the session went, except for the following numbers

AJs -22 dollars (1/5) KK -21 dollars (0/2) AA -20.50 (1/3) AQs -19.50 (2/5) 88
-15 (0/4) 99 -13.50 (2/6) 

so thats -100 dollars there. meaning if im in the pot with against 3 other
people, on a good day if i took it all down. i'd be +240 right now. AQs had a
huge hand where i turn nut flush and lose to a 5% draw out by a donkey. it
really sucked.

taking a break for now, the hockey game starts soon, gonna grab some food and
rest. probably more poker action later today

1294 hands today. +114.35 (finally back on track!) today marked my first
session playing *8* tables at once. and i was doing pretty good. my cap cash
for this session was around +180, but i took a few nasty beats. still, i am
VERY delighted with how i played. all my numbers look great and yep. good
productive day. hope it ocntinues tomorrow, now to rest!

went to a home game today, 10 dollar buy in, 12 players, first prize was 90
dollars. i claimed first prize with relative ease. i scored 7 out of 11
possible kills too (3 of which were double kills :D hehe) 

thats about all, still feeling physically miserable. gonna get some rest now,
and poker it up hard this weekend hopefully. I am still NOT liking the PP
software...

bought into a 1075 player tournament. was above average stack for the most
part. then lost big pot being 7:1 favourite my 44 vs A6o on a baord of 35JT,
river was A. then lost a 3:1 faovurite with my AKo (A of spades) on 347J (two
spades) vs KQs (of spades) he rivered flush. went all in as i was getting
short stacked with ATo, ran into QQ. it sucked. 

placed 190th. and i feel i could have been amongst the chip leaders has my two
hands which were favourites with one card to come held up. but thats NL. and i
know im no fucking luckbox.

400 hands. most of which at 2/4 today (grinding my bonus which is almost done)
-10 dollars maybe. dunno, ran into a lot of gutshots and sets...again today.
sigh

but thats life

500 hands today. +78 dollars (for 7.8BB/100 ratio) todya was a good day. my
numbers are all bang on (for once) i only lost one set over set (making it
like 7 in 6000 hands)  my biggest losers for today...KK and TT and AKs wheeee!

had them 4 times today (altogether) and they were -41 dollars. meaning on a
GOOD day, my day should be more like +150 dollars when they all hit instead of
losing, poker is funny like that. when you win, you swing 2x the amount, since
you get your money and theirs, when you lose, you lose yours and dont get any
back.

such a difficult game...but atleast, this is a start! lets hope the trend
continues tomorrow.

sigh another (yes seems to be the pattern these days) depressing day 515
hands. -9 dollars. showdown 52% (was 72% at the high point of the session)

i think i've run into so many set over sets on this current putrid 5000 hand
stretch. ran my 44 into AA on AJ4 flop. my JJ flopped J56 and then lost to QQ
when a Q rivered. lemme see what else...actually heres any interesting stat
for today. im losing money when i make trips. im losing money when i make
straights. i even am losing money (tho its 0.50) when i make a full house!

so i guess...i should be glad im onyl down 9 dollars?

my last hand, i raise my AKo, and some donk cold calls with ATo. i lose.

still manage to lose. hell, i didnt even get to see the river. TTJ is the

i am losing a lot of money right now with QQ, KJs, A9s, JJ, QJs, 55, 66, 88,
44, its relaly disgusting, today was another putrid session where i seriously
just wanted to vomit all over my room

yes i am playing 6 tables at a time now, its rather easy to keep up with the
action. today i squeezed in 1219 hands, and lost 110 dollars. 

and really, i dont think im playing all that bad. for example today! my top
losing hands include A9s, KJs, KQo, AQo, QTs, AA(yep im even losing with AA
today!), AKo, QJo, QQ, JJ

KK made me 3 dollars today. its just blaaaaah

well 1150 hands today. +30 dollars. was on a downswing for the most part, then
scored a nice seat, and started to make a few hits on 4 tables at once. going
to bed now tired. finally starting to beat the 1/2 game on PP (which is weird,
i was beating 2/4 and 3/6 for a while and was struggled over 1400 hands at
1/2)

AND today was my first poker payday. it was a nice paycheck :D

3rd entry today, i know, a lot of poker today i guess...sigh! 1/2 SUCKS,
getting knocked around by fish.... runner runner JT bullshit straights atleast
3x! UGH

i guess i have to get used to this new surroundings, the players are just
downright awful. im winning 33% of my showdowns, with is probably the lowest %
its ever been period for me...sooo we gotta work on that. less calling down.

this also includes getting taking 3 gut shots and losing to a turned set, and
a flopped 222 set (both times i have TPTK) and then there was also a loss of
set over set (i had 44 and he had TT and it was multiway 21BB pot) very gay,
but finally im on the positive on this site and the bonus is now 43.5/60
clear.

PP account has been setup with rakeback, i cant wait to start grinding there
again.

was dragged to casino today (well, he offered to drive, i cant say no to that
shit) +62 dollars. monthly end totals are hrm +132 from actual poker and +145
from rakeback, and +620 from bonuses. so this has been my worst month yet.

finally, an OK session. got frustrated 4 tabling 2/4. so i decided fuck it, my
roll is almost depleted, i HATE this site, and i probably wont finish the
bonus anytime soon (much angst i must say) so i took the remainder of my roll
and bought into 3/6

now we did this once before, after a -700 dollar swing on party poker, and
managed to scrape by pretty good at 3/6 (i think i was 1bb/100 after 8k+
hands) so i went to the 3/6 land on eurobet, and actually MADE draws. we are
talking dirty flop a pair + backdoor flush draw and we make the backdoor flush
and check raise it. it was just outright NAUGHTY. 

sure my AA lost, but i mean when i hit 36s and then 35s on the same table
against the same guy, i cant complain.

so after 550 or so hands, we are +140. and our EB account is back up to 565
with the bonus 420/600 cleared. (thank GOD)

took a shot at some PLO (pot limit omaha) i think the game kinda sucks. lost
40 dollars. was interesting, but kidna crappy game (i dont know how to play it
very well) that was my 40 dollars to dick around with this week, calling it a
night, gotta do the grind probably tomorrow...

or might do the 15BB challenge on PP if i have energy...we'll see

guess im still making steps towards that. just frustrating at times.

account. 50% done the bonus (cheer) but i'd like to have my initial deposit

depend on my programs to help me play 4+ tables at a time, without them its

this is probably the worst beating i've taken in a month. -250 almost (i dont
have exact numbers, i dont want to know) i cant finish a draw, when i finish a
draw, someone beats me. i get AK and flop is KJT, i run into AA, i get AA, Q4o
takes me out. I get JJ, flop is AQx. I get QQ, flop is AKx

just horrible. i cant even stomach any of these.

i would even go as far as saying i played GOOD poker too

sigh.....the bonus is only like 240/600 done too, and im already down 220
dollars on that site. so im near break even. which is USELESS.

half day update. was a long day at work. got home, played 2 1/2 hours of
poker. was up 90 or so at finish time (at peak was 150, but then i always get

i won 3 times. cutting my losses at that, its ok to be break even and still
have the 100 dollar bonus ontop, thats fine. jsut depressing.

ok was doing the grind for about 400 hands today, then between hand #400 and
hand #554 we managed to finally FINALLY hit a few hands. and then i cashed out
cause im tired, its late, and im grumpy. good day online, my bankroll is
growing slowly and still bonuses to clear...have a few more site sin mind
already before i head towards the promised land (5/10+ or higher is my goal by
march or so) so today was +125. which is g00t :D cause for the first 400 hands
i couldnt get anything right!

hum was a grind today. only +20 or so after 800 hands. at peak was up 120 or
so, but did need to clear the bonus (and im 30%+ done that) so the free money
is ok. as long as im positive the whole way the bonus will pay for itself. and
this network seems pretty good, and has lots of bonuses to clear.

yawn, i wish i could draw out more. only 51% w$sd today....i wish that was
like 57...

ok after a DISASTER on empire today....and a NICE -290 swing...i went to a new
site to clear their bonus. so far 25% of the obnus done, and +180. so this day
was not a complete disaster by any means. 

again i might have spewed 'a few BB' during today, but for the most part, it
was flop a set, put in 8BBs, lose. or flop a flush, lose. or make a flush 3
handed vs SB and the button who was on a blind steal, and lose. 

but we were destroying the tables on hollywood poker, so maybe it was just a
need for scenery change. if hollywood clears fast, i might consider doing the
majority of the poker network bonuses since they all clear about the same way.
so far, so good i guess

AND i got a new monitor today. 4 tables of poker, no overlap! how sweet is
that!

1500 hands. +180 played mostly 4 tables today. did pretty good. very few
instances of spewing. and well, a good showdown% for today. couple bad beats
(sniff) but cleared the bonus, and made money while doing the bonus. so all is

ventured back to the realm of live poker today with a poobah joining me. we
played for 3h, i lost 20 and the poobah broke even or so. saw some old
friends, seasons greetings were exchanged, was a pretty good night. 

made 60 or so on empire today before leaving too, so that covers my costs for
today. all things great, except for that girl

rather disappointing day. 550 hands. -90 dollars. there was some spewage and a
few misclicks. taking quite a few savage beatings, and i know it hsould
balance in the long run. maybe i should have just cashed out the extra 20
bucks i had at one point instead of swing up and swing down...sigh.

well finished another two bonuses today, my UB account is clear and cashed
out, bet365 is cashed out. took 3h+ to finish paradise pokers bonus. 766 hands
on paradise and +52.50 (and +50 from bonus) so another profitable and well
played day. looking forward to returning to party, but waiting for the reloads
still. thinking about either hollywood poker or pokerroom next to clear
deposit/reload bonus before the end of the year.

gone, we have to start over again...sniff. But my bankroll is doubled. we are
playing some good poker at UB right now. my other 3 sites have been bleah
kinda lately. i think those prima sites are kinda rigged, and well hrmmm
empire needs more traffic. i think i'll clear out the remainder of my bonus at
UB, cash out my account, create a new one, get RB on it, and then load up a
400 dollar bonus for me to slowly clear over the next 6 months while

down huge again today. not HUGE, but can the fish hit today. i'd almost puke
at how many draws i missed multiway, i'd vomit for how many times two pair can
river my top pair. i guess thats variance. the 2/4 games have softened up in
the few weeks i was away. so i am hurting in the heart, but i'll survive...

made some orders today for a few toys. two monitors, a stand to hold 3
monitors, and a smile 

logged over 1500 hands on UB today and took a small loss of about 70 dollars.
with the bonus covering about half of that. so a loss of 35 dollars. very
depressing it was an awful run for the last 900 hands or so.

ok another 518 hands today, pretty sure it was near break even (or some +/- 5

113.38 total from the penny tables. so for the last two days was +213.38.

rivers an ace. I have JJ, buddy who plays any two calls. 997 flop, turn 3,
river 7. he bets on the river. AK hits A78 flop, turn 3, river 9. JT is there
to kick my butt. AK flops K74. turn x, river 4. 48s was there to kick my butt.
i mean hello. is this the beginning of another downswing? im usually a huge
winner on wednesday and this'll be my first losing session in a while....

managed to play good for a bit and some hands held up. passed 20k hands today
too. 8800+ at 3/6. 8700 at 2/4. and 3000+ at 1/2 

UB status is +112 dollars now and still have 121 dollars to clear out of my
bonus. i hate grinding on that site though, so painful. i hope to finish it by
this time next week and to be cashing out around 700. that'll be my goal for

99 hands today, went on a 'killing spree' for the most part. i think two draws
hit for me, and then i crushed some loose calling stations. all within the
span of under 20 minutes. +164.50

UB update. still grinding....its boring, it sucks, the interface sucks, the
players suck, the games suck, the site should just give me my bonus 200
dollars so i can cash out and go to another site.

alright, we wont update our 1/2 playing on UB since we are just whoring there,
but I am beating that site also, just for small change tho. decided to take a
break from whoring today and go back to 3/6 4 tabling on PP. was on tilt for
the most part, had some really action packed tables and i kept missing and
such. but recovered nicely, learned how to adapt to the table seatings and use
this one aggro donkey's aggression against him.

so after 732 hands, we are up 185 on PP. (we are currently up 95 usd on UB
too)

tournament win makes up for my blunder earlier, which is great.

on tuesday. 1209 hands played. +81.50. that was my best LONG poker session
ever. and i think was also the first day i started to 4 table.

on thursday 899 poker hands. +188.25, another successful 4 tabling session.
there was spewing, and there was tilting involved also. by tilting i mean on
my 3rd hand, river nut straight, and then fold it because i was trying to get
seated at 3 other tables and i thought i missed. that really sucked, and that
was a 70 dollar pot. but i cried, whined, and moved on.

went back for more. 428 hands. +151.25, again had bad luck, missed 3 nut flush
draws that were multiway. got rivered atleast 3x but passive donks. still
shitty, i can be doing better and really am looking forward to that hitting
streak of 200BBs like the one i had when i first started. but i guess today
turned out ok, we are back on the right track.

well, 579 hands today. definitely again a few examples of overplaying hands. I
think the 3 bet line on the flop with overcards is prolyl one of the worst
things i can do. i should push myself to just call the flop and fold the turn
unimproved. 3 betting and betting the turn for the showdown with nothing seems
to lose a lot more...

anyways, not a great day, AA went 1/4, which sucked. got drawn out on, much
again. and can always hit a set...heads up. which is near useless. not to
mention hitting a set heads up against a blind, and losing to a straight. but
all things considered. near 600 hands. and a well, reasonable -5.91 usd (yep,
i lost almsot 6 dollars in 3h of hard playing) so i guess thats not
bad...considering i could have lost more.

up to 4500 hands at 3/6 now, last 1500 have been a downswing...gotta ride it
out, play good poker and hope for the best.

im on tilt. im positive i wasnt playing good, i wasnt running good, i lost a
shitload of bling today. i dont even want to add it up :( but for the blog
sake, i gotta. -449.50 :( after almost 1000 hands. 

this loss was capped by a triple checkraise that went wrong. QQ in the SB,
capped preflop. flop KQJ (two hearts) i gun for the CR, capped on the flop.
turn is a 5 of hearts. i gun for the CR again, turn is capped. river is a 5 of
spades. i gun for the CR again. and after i am 3 bet. i call. crying at my
keyboard as the pot has swelled to 30BBs. and i was shown KK

now im gonna go cry, in my bed. 

468 hands played. realized i had to make my 700 raked hands in a few days to
get my bonus for this month, so went at it hard after taking a break to watch
the football game (eskimos WON and im grey cup birthday boy again! just like
the day i was born hehe) 

ok was up only a meager 74.75 from this session, but was getting rocked hard
on one table for (137.50) which is my worst beating at a 3/6 table so far. one
of the beats involved me flopping with JJ on board KKJ and then losing to AK
turning A. sucked hard, and took a few beats like that at the table, ppl took
notice and would call me more too and it sucked. so i left and ran over a
different table to make it all back. 

almost to the end of the first month of my poker dream, we are doing rather
good so far, and have fought through lots of stress and downswings. but hey,
this might actually work out....

399 hands today. +138.92. was sitting at two very generous tables near the
end, but decided not to play more. was a short session only like 100 mins
long. results good again, dont think i spewed or missed many value bets. took
a savage beating with my KK when i ran into AA (and a donk between us fluffing
the pot sniff) 

2473 hands @ 3/6 now. +678.07 for a 4.57/100 BB (thats rather high, most pros
online go around 1.5-2.5BB, so i guess im running good atm) 

83 hands today, was a quick session since multitabling and mudding at same
time is very hard. end up pushing wrong buttons and lure when i wanna cleave
and cleave when im supposed to lure. anyways, missed 2 value bets i believe,
gonna post those hands online and make sure that i am a dummy, but was +58 for
this session. (raising my BB/100 in 3/6 to 4.33/100 after 2077 hands)

135 hands today in 40 mins, was a hit and run session since i didnt feel like
pushing my luck after making a few 'hits'

sitting at many tables with lots of donks today, and it took a while to
adjust. but when i did, things went good. did run bad for a bit, but losses
were covered, couple of bad beats taken, what can you do. +84 today. think it
was about 3-4h of playing or so. did 3 tables for a while, then went down to 2
after we didnt mine as much as we could have. 
deposited an extra 500 today, so i can claim the 100 bonus. i think if im
playing this weekend (since i am losing EVERY FUCKING WEEKEND since we started
playing) i'll be grinding at the 0.5/1 tables. but it is birthday weekend, so
maybe we should take a break. 10558 hands in 25 days sure is a LOT of poker
for a 'newbie' like myself :P

127 hands played today. only played about 45 mins, was tough playing two
tables and doing task with blayke at same time! but victory on both. +140
today. and we stopped playing right at our 10000th hand. 
so after 10000 hands. 8697 @ 2/4 for +138.27 (0.40BB/100 hands) and 1303 @ 3/6
for +282.65 (3.62BB/100) 

been doing ok at 3/6 right now, and thinking thats where i am going to stay
since 2/4 sucked balls. prolyl gonna NOT play poker on weekends either since i
can seem to win just fine during the week and spew madly on the weekends.
still few leaks in the game, always spewing a little bit excessively and
probably missing a value bet here and there. but 10k hands is a lot, and we've
been thru some BAD stretches already and still prevailing. so lets see how the
next 10k hands go for us. 

still grinding at 3/6, 2 tabling atm. 717 hands today. few instances of
spewage, happened early on the session, near the end was rock solid. +117.40
today. pretty pleased with the results so far at 3/6. have had cold cards too
and managed to just not draw out as often, its safer to just fold when you
miss instead of being overly aggro when even if you hit you still lose. made a
few nice plays today. avoided a turn checkraise. and used some hand read to
put someone on exactly what i thought he had (still called down to see it, but
bliih) 

prolyl gonna make another deposit to my account, and then cash out some funds
this week. thinking about depositing another 500 to get the 100 dollar bonus
that i can whore out at 0.50/1.00 table(s) on the weekend and get that in one
day. we'll see tho.

some spewage though. definite spewage out of rage at some players....so today
was not a perfect day.

another long day of grinding and another losing day. on one table, it seemed
everytime i had two pair, someone had already flopped a set and was waiting to
pop my guts on the turn. even a donk hit a set on my AK which had TPTK and
rivered two pair (i gave up aggression o nthe river since the turn play
screamed set all over it) but yeah. dont really need to do the hands played /
amount lost. we can just go with this simple 8800 hands played in 20 days. 56
dollars made. 

how hurting is that? you got your +100 BB upswings during the week, and then
your -150BB downswings on the weekend. and the games are much looser and donk
infested on the weekend too. blih. 

well another horrible session, i dont even want to look at the stats. i was
leaving after my last hand, which happened to be AK, and it got fucked, again,
by some fucking 60/14/2 idiot. sigh. im losing huge now, and not really
playing badly. my heart aches from all this work. today played 1137 hands.

stopped earlier when i was running semi bad and down 60 dollars. but i guess
it didnt clue in till i lost 3 hands, in a row, with quality holdings.
basically nullifying half of my work week now. all in one horrible session.
-269 (JESUS FUCKING CHRISTS) in 530 hands. for a whopping -12.6BB/100 hands. i
feel sick to my stomach now.

for nov 17. +183 after 355 hands. i feel today i played near prefectly for
almost every hand. will be going over the details after dinner. however it was
a very STRONG session. including one table where after 123 hands i had an
average aggression factor of 33 (most aggression factors range from 0-3) on
the turn and river, my aggression was infinity :D it rocked!

+33 today. after 197 hands. lost a MONSTER 21BB (85 dollars) pot when i got
sucked out. 77, flop 73J, turn J, river 8. capped on the big streets, me
losing to J8. relaly hurt, but bounced back strong on that table. then hit a
huge pot, and didnt get run over for once, it was my all in, which is a shame
cause i kinda wish i had an extra 4-8 dollars to maximize my hand. anyways,
its late, im tired, i dont think there were any instances of chip spewing
today. i'll check the logs tomorrow and post my spew/value bet results (since
i want to keep track of those and monitor improvement)

+27.50 today, after 325 hands. missed a straight/flush draw near the end, that
woulda been +$$$ and then my AQ got sucked out on causing yet another small
loss. did some spewing today too, prolly about 8BB spewed. and then missed a
few value bets too. so prolly coulda been up an extra 12-14BB (48-56 dollars)
however, was a good day i guess. KK lost for me twice i think, AA held up, and
QQ and JJ as usual sucked ass.

wow, sat for 2 1/2 hours at a table. did some multi tabling but had shtity
results. grinded away. 225 hands later, +37.50

well took a shot at 3/6, TT lost 3x, 99 lost 3x, and well that was my -85 in
120 hands. played a lot more hands today, some extra 450 total (includ 3/6)
and now for the day it seems im back to where i was yesterday.  

dunno, this is kinda depressing. still leaks in my game, and yet puuh.

better session today. +146 in about 1h played, spent a lot of time mining
tables for fish today before sitting down anywhere. made 2/3 draws today and
that was +100 right there. again, a few BB lost to chip spewing, maybe 3-4,
and definite missed value bets on a few hands, prolyl 4-5 bb there too. so
again we are looking at a 40 dollar or so improvement if we are playing
PERFECT poker.

another 293 hands. made *1* whole draw, lost again when i flopped a flush and
was drawn out on, my aces are now 19/20. another heartbreaking session. -82.
this day has been a complete suckout. almost 5000 hands played now and +295.
so basically the first 500 hands were +295 and the following 4500 i was break
even. maybe im leaking too much somewhere. PT doesnt think so atleast....maybe
just bad luck. JJ is losing me HUGE sums of money right now.

578 hands right now, and losing hugely. let me check the numbers...oh shit
thats a HUGE loss....-165.54 so far. sigh, draws are NOT hitting at all. i
think im something like 3/41 with straight/flush draws. for flopping sets, im
like 3/3 for flopping them and still losing. yep horrible, time to do
something else today prolly

+78.75 in 242 hands, there was again two examples of chip spewing, made a few
nice laydowns also which i am proud of. umm what else, yeah, still losing with
KK, i think thats hmm 8 losses with KK in a row (8 of the last 12, 4 hands
were won without seeing a flop therefore they dont count)

finally a winning session, there was 2 incidents of chip spewing that should
have been avoided, basically i thought this guy was FOS cause he was raising
and winning without showdowns, but i gave a little too much action in my anger
at him. oops. got him back later on once or twice, and missed my royal flush
draw against him (and chopped with his AK) 

anyways hmm 180 hands played, in little over an hour. +117

yep, i lost much, some -120 this session. everything lost, KK x4, JJ, i hit 4
draws, was paid on 1, and lost 3. thats right, i hit a draw and still lost. i
flopped a set and still got drawn out on, i hit TPTK and someone went to spike
a 3rd duece on the river. what did i do to anger party poker to cause me to go
on such a slide. sure there might have been minor spewing, but that would only
amount to 30-40 out of my 120 loss. just horrible. i am still up 400 usd,
maybe i should just cash it out 700 and call it a ncie advenutre, cause wow,
this really relaly sucks.

+28 usd, 2+ hours played. 368 hands played. did a little better t oday,
completed a few draws, made a few nice plays, but still overall, losing with
some money hands and still getting outdrawn a bit. will review hands later.
missed a few big draws again today too, but made two off the top of my head.

of 29.10 / hour

now. had a friend over and was 3 tabling hyper agressively with him watching.

yawn, had an ok day at work, mondays always suck. always. only got to sleep
for like 1h today. such a shame. my vehicle is comfortable and easy to sleep
in. what irritates me is that my ipod ran out of batteries 1h into my shift

i had my first ever random nose bleed yesterday. it was weird. i blew my nose
